1. Display
Both Moto XOOM and ASUS EEE Pad have the same 10.1in screen with same resolution of (1280 x 800).
But ASUS EEE Pad has the lead with its IPS panel, and toughned glass.

Both tablets have the same heart, NVDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core at 1Ghz.
3. OS with Flash 10.2
Motorola XOOM and ASUS EEE Pad both come loaded with Android 3.0 Honeycomb and support Flash 10.2
But Motorola XOOM has already recieved its update to version 3.1
4. Battery Life
Both tablets have the same 24Whr battery. Giving them a long standby life, and a pretty good web-browsing time.
But when it comes to video playback, ASUS EEE Pad outruns Moto XOOM with its less resource hungry IPS Panel.

Both Motorola XOOM and ASUS EEE Pad have the same rear 5MP camera, but MOTO XOOM has a 2MP front camera, whereas ASUS EEE Pad has a 1.2MP Front Camera.
The Motorola wins the Camera with Dual LED Flash.

Here the ASUS EEE Pad just throws away all competition, in its segment even the Apple's iPad 2.
The Keyboard Docking Station which makes the ASUS EEE Pad into a Transforming Tablet, which can be used as a Laptop.

ASUS EEE Pad Cost about 450$ and an additional 250$ for the Keyboard Docking.
Whereas the Motorola XOOM comes for about 499$
Conclusion : -
Both the tablets are very impressive, and better than the other available in market.
But out of the two; Motorola XOOM and ASUS EEE Pad according to me, ASUS EEE Pad is the winner with its stylish looks with Dock Keyboard and its Transformer Design.
So my vote is ASUS EEE Pad .
